Can be done in person or virtually.

Minimum Commitment

Truly changing the body takes time. A two month commitment of training is strongly suggested.


CANCELLATION POLICY

12 hour notice is acceptable as life can be unpredictable! Late cancellations are handled on a case by case basis.
