What to expect

You can expect to get stronger, build muscle, boost performance, alleviate pain, rehabilitate old injuries, and learn proper movement and breathing mechanics.

Prior to any commitments, receive a free 30min consultation. This initial consultation enables us to: identify goals & concerns, determine best fit, and plan next steps.

Developing a trusting and honest relationship is my highest priority because without trust and honest communication, we are not able to uncover the deeper layers necessary to transform.

You and I are teammates working toward the same goal. I’ll do everything in my power to make sure the time we spend together makes you into a happier, healthier, stronger version of yourself.

Rates

3-pack 1hr sessions: $240 ($80 / Per hour)

10-pack 1hr sessions: $700 ($70 / Per hour) SAVE $100

All half hour sessions: $40 / Per hour

 
 
 

Minimum Commitment

Truly changing the body takes time. A two month commitment of training is strongly suggested.


CANCELLATION POLICY

12 hour notice is appropriate- life can be unpredictable! Late cancellations are handled on a case by case basis.
